Individual Art Therapy:

I have been practicing art therapy since 2014 with a diverse population. I truly believe that the arts is a powerful tool in helping people heal and feel better. The process of art-making is very beneficial and there is a sense of magic that happens in the space. I enjoy witnessing how art therapy brings about stories, unspoken feelings, thoughts, reflections, and identity explorations for people. As an art therapist, I serve as a guide in a person’s healing journey by listening, teaching new coping skills, and providing support and accountability of a person’s goal and healing process. I believe we are all artists and should access this part of ourselves with curiosity and joy!

I incorporate mindfulness, CBT, trauma-informed care, brainspotting ,and person-centered in art therapy. No experience in art is necessary. I specialize in working with adolescents (10 years and older) and Adults. I also specialize in the following topics: life transitions, depression, anxiety, Loss & Grief, and PTSD.
